Edition Notes: The last to be called “Webelos Scout Book.” 470 pages, 5 1/4” x 8”. Illustrations are paintings and natural color ink drawings by Robert Depew, along with photographs.

Historical Notes: Pack family camping was approved, as was the “Climb on Safely” program which allowed Cub Scouts to climb and rappel in a controlled environment.
